1948 Mercury Street Rod, a Street Rod that maintains it's basic original appearance outwardly. The car has been lowered and rides on a set of reversed alloy rims carrying 215/65R 15's on the front and 225/70R 15's on the rear. Finished in Sea Foam green the car retains it's 40's looks. Powered by a 350 CI, with automatic transmission and Lokar styled shifter it has power steering and disc brakes to assist with the handling. An Edelbrock intake and carb, headers, HEI ignition, alum valve covers and air breather complete the engine compartment. The interior finished in traditional cloth and has been upgraded with a Koss stereo CD radio and air conditioning along with vintage styled gauges and a Lecarra steering wheel. This Fat Fendered 40's Street Rod is sure to attract a lot of attention at any Cruise In or Car Show.

Twin spot lights also add to this cruiser's appear.
